From the feel of the chain to a meaningful charm, personal engraving or crystals chosen for their intention and purpose, I’ll guide you through the possibilities. We’ll find a combination that feels like you and agree the design and full price before I begin.
In the studio, I’ll create and fit your piece with a weld or clasp. Online, choose from my collections or get in touch so we can create something personal together.
New to permanent jewellery? I fit your bracelet, anklet or necklace to you, then close a small connecting ring with a tiny weld instead of using a clasp.
If you’d rather take it on and off, I can add a clasp. Either way, we’ll give the same care to the fit and the details you choose.
From a simple chain to a piece with charms, crystals or engraving, we’ll choose the details together.
If you need to take your piece off, you can snip the small connecting ring with nail scissors. I’ll show you exactly which ring to cut, so you can avoid cutting the chain. Keep your piece safe and bring it back to me for a free re-weld.

Maggie is a crystal therapist. Drawing on her knowledge of the traditional meanings associated with crystals, we can help you choose stones that feel meaningful to you and reflect the intention behind your piece.

I create memorial jewellery with personal inclusions, such as ashes or hair, held within your chosen piece. We’ll take time to explore the colours and finish, whether you’re drawn to a bracelet, necklace, anklet or ring.
Your inclusions can be visible, or kept discreetly within the colour and design. There’s no right way for it to look. We’ll find what feels right to you.
Bring your personal inclusions, such as ashes or hair, to the studio in Axbridge. We’ll spend time choosing your colours, finish and jewellery together, so you don’t need to send something so precious away.
Once we’ve chosen your design, I’ll need around an hour to make your memorial piece. You’re welcome to stay, or enjoy a hot drink at one of the three lovely places nearby while I create it.
You can also arrange a therapy session with Maggie during that time, booked separately and subject to availability.
Allow extra time either side for choosing your design and fitting your finished jewellery. The making takes around an hour; your full visit will be longer.
Online memorial orders are paid in full. If you’d like an inclusion pack for sending your ashes, I can send one for an additional £5. Inclusion packs are available for online orders.
If you have a different style in mind, I can source a suitable jewellery setting or charm through my suppliers. I then create the memorial element myself, carefully incorporating your inclusions in your chosen colours and finish, and put together your finished piece. We’ll agree the design and price before I begin.

From your choice of metal to the finishing touches, here is a little guidance to help you choose with confidence.
Bright, understated and easy to make your own. Sterling silver brings a beautiful cool shine to your chain, whether worn on its own or alongside the pieces you already love.
Also known as 925 silver, it contains 92.5% silver, blended with other metals for strength. The silver alloy runs throughout the metal, rather than sitting as a coating on the surface.
A little tarnishing is natural with silver. Gentle polishing and thoughtful care help restore its shine.
Gold filled offers the warm colour of 14ct gold, with a substantial layer of gold alloy bonded to a base-metal core. This layer is much thicker than standard gold plating, making it more durable for everyday wear and a lovely, more affordable alternative to solid gold.
It is still a layered material, so gentle handling matters. We’ll help you care for your chosen chain and its personal details.

Please tell us about metal sensitivities before choosing your piece. No metal is guaranteed to be allergy-free.
We begin with your chosen chain and personal details, then measure it to a comfortable fit. A small connecting jump ring is welded closed to join the chain, creating a clasp-free piece to wear every day. The weld joins the jewellery; it does not attach it to your skin.
Prefer to take your jewellery off? A clasp gives you the same personal touch with the flexibility to remove it for work, sport, cleaning or whenever you wish. We will help you choose the finish that suits your life.
Permanent does not mean indestructible or impossible to remove. The connecting jump ring can be cut to remove the piece. Keep your chain and contact us about re-welding. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions about removing jewellery for scans or procedures.
A birth month, a favourite colour or a personal intention can be a lovely starting point. Explore crystal beads, chakra-inspired colours and crystal connectors to bring your story into your jewellery.
We will talk through the available stones and colours with you. Natural stones can vary in shade, markings and texture, giving each piece its own character. Choose for the colours and meaning you love.
Crystal jewellery includes your choice of one crystal connector or charm. For other pieces, the included detail is shown in that page’s pricing. Additional details and laser engraving are priced separately.
Care varies by stone, so ask us how best to care for your chosen crystals before soaking them or using jewellery cleaners.
A name, initial, meaningful date or a few special words can make your piece feel truly yours. Laser engraving adds your chosen lettering to a suitable connector or tag.
We will help you choose wording that fits the available space and confirm the design and price with you. Please check spelling, dates and all agreed details carefully before we engrave.
Additional laser engraving is priced separately. Memorial engraving is optional and priced separately.
Free re-welding is offered as standard. If your piece needs re-welding, keep it safe and contact us to arrange a visit. We will check the chain and discuss what it needs.
Treat your jewellery gently: avoid tugging, snagging and harsh chemicals. Wipe it gently with a soft cloth, and follow the care guidance for your particular metal, crystals and charms. Store removable pieces separately to help prevent tangling and scratches.
If your jewellery becomes damaged or uncomfortable, please contact me so I can advise you. Any repair work and costs will be agreed with you before I proceed. Lost jewellery cannot be replaced. Free re-welding is available when you still have your piece.
Ask about aftercare or arrange a re-weld ↗Custom-made and personalised pieces are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your jewellery, please get in touch and I’ll work with you to resolve them. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
You’ll receive guidance for caring for your piece. Free re-welds are available if you need to remove your welded jewellery.
Before we begin, I’ll talk you through your appointment, explain what to expect and answer any questions. You’ll then complete a consent and waiver form so we’re both clear and you feel comfortable proceeding. This applies to all studio jewellery appointments, including welded, clasped and memorial pieces.
You’re welcome to bring someone along to your appointment. If you bring children, please keep them with you and supervise them throughout your visit. Their care and safety remain your responsibility, as the studio has delicate displays and easily breakable items.
